I’m an R&D Scientist at Gate Scientific, developing multiplexed molecular diagnostics for point-of-care and laboratory use. I completed my Ph.D. in Integrative Biosciences (Biophysics) at UMass Boston, where my research focused on detecting emerging infectious diseases, including pathogens and variants that existing tests weren’t built to recognize.
The projects below are a snapshot of that work: multiplexed lateral flow immunoassays, machine learning for pattern-based pathogen identification, nanoparticle synthesis, and microfluidic systems built for spaceflight.
